Our process is designed to make things as simple, safe, and seamless as possible for you. As soon as you place your order, we dispatch your ashes collection kit within 24 hours. This kit includes a sealable bag for the hair, clear instructions, and a prepaid tracked returns label.
When you're ready, simply place the sealed container into any Royal Mail red post box, and it will arrive with us the very next day. For your peace of mind, we’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as the hair is safely in our care.
