If you already have a pawprint, you can simply upload a clear photo when purchasing your jewellery.
If you're using our inkless pawprint kit, all you need to do is take your pet’s print and then send us a quick email with your order number and a clear photo of the pawprint. From there, we handle everything, ensuring your jewellery is created with the highest level of precision and care.
Once we receive your pawprint, we use specialist software to create an engraving file that perfectly matches the image you provide. Unlike manual tracing, which can introduce human error, our method ensures every tiny detail of your pet’s pawprint is replicated with complete accuracy - just as it appears in your original print.
