Ordering & Personalisation

Simply select your preferred jewellery type, upload the required prints (fingerprint, handprint, footprint, handwriting, ashes, hair, fabric, etc.), and complete checkout. Follow the instructions provided on each product page.

After ordering, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your prints or materials. You can upload digital files or post physical samples where required.

If you would like to see a preview of the engraving before production, please specify your request in the customer order notes which can be found on the checkout page.

Production & Delivery

Our standard processing time is 1-3 days (varies depending on the jewellery type). Delivery times vary based on your location.

For 9ct gold, rose gold and white gold options, production time can take up to 6 weeks due to the custom mould making process, as well as the legal requirement to get the jewellery hall marked at an approved Assay Office.

Yes, we offer express production for an additional fee. If you need an order urgently, please contact us before purchasing.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location but for Europe, it's 4-7 days. For all countries outside of Europe it typically takes 7-12 days.

All jewellery is elegantly presented in a Memories Made gift box, designed for gifting or safekeeping. Each package includes care instructions, a jewellery cloth, internal and external protective packaging, a jewellery pouch, and a jewellery pad for bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. The packaging reflects our signature branding, featuring a white and gold colour scheme.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

No, as all our jewellery is custom-made and personalised to each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

Orders are often made immediately after purchase, so changes or cancellations are not possible. Please ensure all details are correct before placing an order.

We take great care in crafting and packing each piece. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
