SUPPLYING THE PRINTS
Our process is designed to make things as simple, safe, and seamless as possible for you. When you place your order, you’ll have the option to upload a clear, focused image of the fingerprint, paw print, nose print, handprint, or footprint you’d like us to engrave. If you don’t already have a print, we provide a free print kit as part of your order to help you capture it easily and accurately. If additional kits are needed, they can be purchased separately.
If time is of the essence, we can accept a clear, focused photo of a fingerprint, paw print, or nose print. However, for handprints and footprints, we recommend using a print kit to ensure the best possible quality for engraving.

COMMON HAND & FOOTPRINT JEWELLERY QUESTIONS
You can take a clear handprint or footprint using an inkless pad and paper that we provide for free as part of your order, or you can use the pencil and paper method if you prefer. Both give great results. Once captured, simply upload or email the image to us.
Yes, if you have a hand or footprint from a funeral home, hospital, or existing documents, we can use it to create your jewellery.
If the print is too faint or smudged, we will do our best to enhance it. If needed, we will contact you for a better print to ensure the highest quality engraving.
We offer fingerprint jewellery in 925 sterling silver, and 9ct gold, depending on your preference and budget.
Yes, the print is engraved using our diamond-tipped CNC machine that has been custom built specifically for jewellery engraving, ensuring it lasts a lifetime.
Production time varies, but typically takes 1-3 days. If you need a faster service, please contact us before ordering.
Yes, we can engrave additional text on the back or alongside the hand or footprint, depending on the design and space available.
We offer bespoke jewellery crafted from white gold, 9ct gold, or higher purity gold, such as 18ct. Once we receive your photo, the process takes approximately 5–6 weeks to complete. This timeframe ensures we can meticulously create your piece and have it hallmarked at the Assay Office. Hallmarking is not only a legal requirement but also a guarantee of quality and authenticity. It certifies that your jewellery has been made with the correct purity of solid gold, giving you complete peace of mind that your piece is genuine.
The combination of precious metals and our exceptional craftsmanship results in a stunning and meaningful keepsake that you can treasure forever. While we currently don’t have readily available listings on our website for purities higher than 9ct, or the option to purchase white or rose gold directly, we can certainly accommodate these requests.
