Our products are not made with copper or nickel, unlike many sterling silver materials (925 = 92.5% silver, 7.5% copper/nickel) and other jewellery types. Therefore, with no copper or nickel present in our jewellery, there is nothing to react with the air to oxidise the jewellery, meaning no more green necks or reactions on your skin.
Orders placed for UK customers will arrive in 2/3 days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. All international parcels are sent fully tracked so you can monitor their journey to you.
Sizes of the jewellery will always be in the description. All of our bracelets, anklets and necklaces are adjustable. Most bangles are also adjustable. If you can not find the size in the product description, please reach out to us.
Absolutely not. The engraving on every product comes with a lifetime guarantee. It will never fade or scratch off. Having the latest machines in laser technology is something we have enormous pride in.
The engraving is black/grey when engraved into silver, rose gold, and gold. Where the product is matte black ceramic, the engraving will be white/silver.
