We post your ashes kit within 24 hours. It includes a scoop, secure container, clear instructions, and a prepaid tracked return label. Just seal the container, stick on the label, and drop it into any Royal Mail red post box. We’ll email you as soon as they are safely with us.

The photos shown are all pieces we have made, and we will ensure your jewellery looks as close as possible to them. The way the ashes settle creates a one-of-a-kind pattern, making every piece special.
We use diamond tip engraving for a shiny, detailed finish. You can add names, dates, short messages, or simple icons like hearts. To see a draft, email us or mention it at checkout. If there's no engraving option, this piece cannot be engraved.
For international orders, you’ll need to post the clothing to us. After you order, we’ll email you with the address. Use a tracked service for peace of mind. Any unused fabric will be returned with your jewellery.
Each order comes with care tips. We recommend removing your piece before bathing, exercising, or using products like perfume or cleaning sprays. All silver is rhodium plated to resist tarnish, but following the guide helps it stay beautiful long term. Store it in the box provided, away from heat or moisture.
Are the ashes placed into glass or resin?
We use resin, not glass. Glass can crack or chip, but resin is strong, light, and long lasting. It does not fade and keeps your jewellery looking beautiful for years.
How is your cremation jewellery different?
We carefully hand place the ashes so they appear suspended in resin, using only the brightest white pieces for a clean, elegant look. Unlike others, we never just pour them in. We also share videos of your piece being made and plate all silver in rhodium for extra shine and protection.
How much ash is needed?
One teaspoon can make up to six pieces. We only need a tiny amount, and we include a scoop in your ashes kit to help.
What happens to the leftover ashes?
Any ashes we do not use are returned safely to you with your jewellery.
Can ashes from two people be used?
Yes. We can mix them or keep them separate. Just let us know and we will send extra containers if needed.
Will the ashes be visible?
Yes. We place the ashes above the resin colour so they are always seen. We only use clean white pieces and avoid any large fragments for a soft, elegant look.
How do I know my ring size?
We send you a free ring sizing kit with your order. Fill in the size form and post it back with your ashes using the prepaid label. Please use our sizer, as we cannot resize once the ashes are sealed in the ring.
Can I order without ashes?
Yes. We can use hair, fabric, sand, or other meaningful items. If you have nothing physical, we can still make a keepsake in your chosen colour. Just tell us when ordering and we will send a kit.
Can pet ashes be used?
Yes. We are honoured to make jewellery for pets too. You can pick a colour that reminds you of them, like the shade of their collar or eyes. Pets are family, and we treat their ashes with the same care.
