UK customers receive a free collection kit with a prepaid return label. International customers receive instructions and our return address by email immediately after their order is placed.
3. We Create Your Jewellery
Your jewellery is carefully handmade using your loved one’s ashes. The entire process is filmed for you to keep.
4. Receive Your Jewellery
Your finished jewellery and any remaining ashes, hair or clothing are returned safely using a fully tracked delivery method.

No Resin Marks
The resin belongs inside the memorial setting, not smeared across the surrounding jewellery. Every layer is applied with precision before the piece is carefully cleaned and hand finished for a flawless result.

Poorly prepared ashes can release trapped air, leaving permanent bubbles inside the finished piece. We carefully treat and prepare every inclusion before setting it, creating a beautifully smooth and crystal clear finish.
No Contamination
Your jewellery is created in our dedicated positive pressure, dust controlled environment. No dust, hairs or stray fibres. Nothing enters your memorial setting except the ashes, hair or fabric entrusted to us.

How do I send my loved one’s ashes, hair or clothing to you?
Once you place your order, we’ll send you everything needed to safely return your loved one’s ashes, hair or clothing to us. UK collection kits include secure containers, clear instructions and a prepaid tracked return label. International customers will receive instructions and our return address after ordering.
How much ash do you need to make memorial jewellery?
We only require approximately half a teaspoon of ash for each piece of jewellery. You’re welcome to send slightly more if you’re unsure, but no more than 50g, and anything we don’t use will always be returned to you.
How much hair or clothing do I need to send?
Only a small pinch of hair is required. For clothing or fabric, a small piece is normally enough, although sending a palm-sized section gives our artisans more choice when selecting the best area to use. All unused material will be returned.
Will my loved one’s ashes, hair or clothing be kept safe?
Absolutely. Every order is carefully labelled and handled individually by our trained memorial jewellery artisans. Your loved one’s inclusions remain securely associated with your order throughout the entire process.
How do I know the correct ashes have been placed inside?
Each order is completed individually using a carefully controlled identification process. We also film every piece being created, so you can see your loved one’s ashes, hair or clothing being placed inside your jewellery.
Will you return any ashes, hair or clothing that you don’t use?
Yes. Everything we don’t use will be securely returned alongside your finished jewellery in a separate keepsake pouch.
Can I send both ashes and hair for the same piece?
Yes. Ashes, hair and small pieces of clothing can often be combined within one piece of jewellery. You can explain how you would like them arranged when personalising your order.
Can ashes from more than one loved one be combined?
Yes. We can combine ashes or other materials from more than one loved one within the same piece. We will send multiple containers if you require them to stay separate. If you're an international customer, please package and label them separately so our artisans can identify them clearly.
