All of our 925 Sterling Silver pieces are engraved using our diamond-tipped CNC machine that has been custom built specifically for jewellery engraving, ensuring it lasts a lifetime.
If you order a keychain, it will be engraved with a state-of-the-art laser (giving it a black finish) which will also last a lifetime.
We ship worldwide! However, for international orders, there will be custom duties to pay at your countries rate.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, follow the care guide included with your order. Remove before bathing, exercising, or using cleaning products, and avoid perfumes or strong sunlight.
Our sterling silver is rhodium-plated for extra shine and protection, but proper care helps it last even longer. Store it in the box provided and check clasps regularly.
Will it be identical to the fingerprint?
Yes – we use advanced software to engrave an exact copy with no manual tracing or human error. It’s 100% precise. If a print is too large, we’ll email you to use a clear portion that fits perfectly.
What can I engrave on the back?
Names, dates, short messages, handwritten notes, or symbols – engraving is free and we’ll ensure it fits beautifully.
How do I provide a fingerprint?
Use our free ink kit or the pencil method – both give great results. Just upload a clear photo when you order.
Can I use a print from someone who’s passed?
Yes. We can use prints from funeral homes, hospitals, or documents – just send a clear photo.
What if it’s not clear?
We’ll enhance it where possible. If it’s too faint, we’ll ask for a new one to ensure perfect results.
Is the engraving permanent?
Yes – we use a diamond-tipped CNC machine designed for lasting, high-detail engraving.
