After placing your order, we'll send you an ashes collection kit via Royal Mail. This kit includes a measuring spoon for you to carefully place a small amount of ashes into the provided container. It also comes with pre-paid, tracked return postage, allowing you to send it back free of charge, and we’ll receive it within two days. Each pack is clearly labelled to ensure accurate order matching, and any remaining ashes are returned with your finished piece. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

If your order involves two separate sets of ashes, such as from both parents, we’ll provide two kits so they can remain distinct.

All orders are shipped with full tracking, including international orders. We ship our products worldwide, with no exceptions—wherever you are, we’ll ensure your order reaches you. However, for ashes jewellery, if you're outside the UK or Northern Ireland, you'll need to arrange the delivery of ashes to us. Due to the personalised, made-to-order nature of each piece, returns are only accepted in cases of faults or defects with your order.

Please be aware that because each piece of jewellery is handcrafted, there may be slight colour variations in your unique keepsake, and it may not precisely match the images shown. These subtle differences stem from the natural materials and artisanal techniques we use, highlighting the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece.

All our jewellery and other items include a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Our engraved jewellery also comes with a lifetime no-fade guarantee, crafted to endure beyond the life of the wearer. Please note that this guarantee is subject to certain conditions.

All products come in a luxury gift box. Upon request, we can add a photo to the bottom of the gift box, providing an extra sentimental touch to your order.

How much ashes is required for each piece?
We require only a small amount of ashes. In the ashes kit we provide, you'll find a measuring spoon to collect them. In nearly all cases, a single spoonful is sufficient to create one piece.

What happens to any unused cremation ashes?
Any unused ash will be returned to you with your order unless you specifically request them not to be. If you decide for them not to be returned we will ask your permission to use them to create beautiful new products for us to photograph and list on our website.

Can I use the cremation ashes from more than one person in the same design?
Customers often request us to incorporate ashes from multiple individuals into a single piece, which we can certainly do.

Do you only use human ashes?
We can incorporate the ashes of any being that has passed, whether it's a loved one, a beloved pet, or anything else meaningful. Some customers also request us to use clothing from their loved ones in jewellery pieces when ashes aren’t available.

Will I be able to see the Ashes in the jewellery?
We offer multiple options for creating your jewellery. If you prefer the ashes to be included but not visible, we can do this, as it’s a popular choice. We are also the only company that records the creation process for each order, so whether the ashes are visible or discreetly included, you’ll receive video proof that your piece was made with your loved one’s ashes. If no specific request is made, the ashes will be visible in an elegant and beautiful way.
