You can upload your chosen photo directly when placing your order or email it to us afterward. For the best engraving results, we recommend using a clear, high-resolution image where the subject is well-lit and in focus.
However, if your photo is not of the best quality, there’s no need to worry. The engraving will be an exact replica of the image you provide—neither better nor worse. If the image is low quality, it will appear the same when engraved, although we will likely attempt to enhance it to improve the quality. If you're unsure, feel free ask us after placing your order.

They require little to no maintenance, ensuring they remain as beautiful as the day you receive them.
We ship worldwide! However, for international orders, there will be custom duties to pay at your countries rate.
To keep your Sterling Silver jewellery in the best condition, we provide detailed care instructions with every order. We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing, exercising, or handling cleaning products to minimise wear. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and UV rays, as well as direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or household chemicals.
All of our 925 sterling silver pieces are plated with rhodium, giving them a brilliant shine similar to white gold while also providing protection against tarnishing and daily exposure. However, we still recommend following these care instructions to ensure your jewellery stays beautiful for years to come. For storage, keep your piece in its original box, separate from other jewellery, in a cool, dry place, and regularly check any clasps or settings to maintain durability.

Do the photos need to be in black and white?
No, you can upload colour photos as well as our software automatically converts it to a black and white image. All engravings are created in black and white to ensure lasting quality and a timeless look which will never scratch off or fade with time.
Will the engraved image fade or scratch over time?
No, the engraving is permanent and won’t fade or scratch off. Unlike printed designs, which can wear down with frequent use, our engravings are designed to last a lifetime. All of the product we make on our website are designed to last forever.
What if my photo is old or damaged?
We can work with old or slightly damaged photos and will do our best to enhance the details for engraving. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Can I choose which part of the photograph to engrave?
Yes, if there’s a specific area of the photo you’d like us to focus on, you can let us know in the order notes during checkout. We’ll ensure your preferences are followed.
