We post your hair collection kit within 24 hours. It includes a sealable container, clear instructions, and a prepaid tracked return label. Just place a small lock of hair inside, seal it, stick on the label, and drop it into any Royal Mail red post box. We’ll email you as soon as it arrives safely with us.
Each piece is handmade and unique, so while we match your chosen style and colour, natural variations may occur. The photos shown are of pieces we’ve made, and we’ll ensure your jewellery looks as close as possible. The way the hair is preserved creates a one-of-a-kind pattern, making every piece truly special.
We use diamond tip engraving for a shiny, detailed finish. You can add names, dates, short messages, or simple icons like hearts. To see a draft, email us or mention it at checkout. If there's no engraving option, this piece cannot be engraved.
For international orders, you’ll need to post the clothing to us. After you order, we’ll email you with the address. Use a tracked service for peace of mind. Any unused fabric will be returned with your jewellery.
Each order comes with care tips. We recommend removing your piece before bathing, exercising, or using products like perfume or cleaning sprays. All silver is rhodium plated to resist tarnish, but following the guide helps it stay beautiful long term. Store it in the box provided, away from heat or moisture.
Is the hair set in glass or resin?
We use high-grade resin, not glass. Resin is stronger, more durable, and won’t chip, crack, or fade – making it the perfect choice for long-lasting keepsakes.
What makes your hair jewellery different?
We don’t just place the hair inside – we carefully cut, arrange, and display it to complement the design. Every piece is rhodium-plated for shine and durability, and the entire process is recorded and shared on social media so you can see your jewellery being made.
How do I know my ring size?
You’ll receive a free ring sizer kit with your hair kit. Just measure your finger and return the form with your hair using the prepaid return label. We strongly recommend using our kit, as resizing after creation isn’t possible.
How much hair do you need?
Just a few strands per piece, unless you choose a design that’s completely filled with hair. We include a resealable bag in your kit for safe collection.
I don’t have hair – can I still order?
Yes. We can use fabric, sand, or any other meaningful inclusion. If nothing physical is available, we can create a resin piece in a colour that holds special meaning to you.
Can you include hair and ashes together?
Absolutely. Both can be arranged beautifully within the same piece. If you have preferences for how they appear, we’ll work with you to get it just right.
Can you use pet hair?
Yes. We’re honoured to create keepsakes using pet hair. You can even choose colours that reflect their collar, favourite toy, or personality.
