Once you order, we send your fabric kit within 24 hours. It includes a resealable bag, clear instructions, and a prepaid tracked label. Cut a small piece of fabric or send the whole item if it fits in a 2.5cm envelope. You can include multiple items, and we’ll combine them into one piece. If you’re adding ashes too, we include that kit for free. Just pop the sealed bag in any Royal Mail red post box. We’ll email you as soon as everything arrives safely.

Each piece is handmade and unique, so while we match your chosen colour and style, natural variations may occur. The photos shown are all pieces we have made, and we will ensure your jewellery looks as close as possible to them. The way the ashes settle creates a one-of-a-kind pattern, making every piece special.

We use diamond tip engraving for a shiny, detailed finish. You can add names, dates, short messages, or simple icons like hearts. To see a draft, email us or mention it at checkout. If there's no engraving option, this piece cannot be engraved.

For international orders, you’ll need to post the clothing to us. After you order, we’ll email you with the address. Use a tracked service for peace of mind. Any unused fabric will be returned with your jewellery.

Each order comes with care tips. We recommend removing your piece before bathing, exercising, or using products like perfume or cleaning sprays. All silver is rhodium plated to resist tarnish, but following the guide helps it stay beautiful long term. Store it in the box provided, away from heat or moisture.

How much fabric is needed?

We only need a small piece. Around 2cm by 2cm is usually enough to make multiple items. The kit we send includes clear instructions.

What happens to the leftover fabric?

Any unused fabric is safely returned to you with your finished jewellery.

Will the fabric look like the original?

Yes. We use a laser cutter to shape the fabric without damaging patterns or detail. We do not shred it like other companies, so it looks just like the original.

Is the fabric set in glass or resin?

We use resin. It is stronger and more durable than glass, and it will not fade or crack. It keeps your jewellery looking just as vibrant as the memories it holds.

How do I know my ring size?

We send a free ring sizing kit with your clothing kit. Use it to find the perfect fit and post it back with your fabric using the prepaid label. Please only use our sizer, as we cannot resize the ring after the fabric is sealed inside.

Can I use pet clothing?

Yes. We can use items like collars or jackets that belonged to your pet. These keepsakes are crafted with care to honour the deep bond you shared.

Can I include both fabric and ashes in one piece?

Yes. We can place both together in one design. They are carefully arranged to stay visible and complement each other. If you have any design requests, just let us know.
